Today I have posted the way I follow when I run and the surrondings. The place is near the hotel where I am living and when I feel good and I want to move my legs I only have to cross the street and enter into the nature.

Running between the river and the cows
I am writing this post with two different goals: the first one is to let you know something of the environment where I live and the second one is to try to improve my written english.
